General FAQ's

  • What payment types do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

  • Is your site secure?

    Yes! There are a couple of quick ways to tell if you’re on a secure site depending on the web browser you are using. First, you can look for a little lock in the corner next to our web address (URL). The other way to tell (again, looking at our URL) will be to see that the address is led by HTTPS. The “S” indicates that the site is secure.

  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    We use a combination of FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Rates will vary across different carriers depending on size and weight of your total order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time we are only able to ship to United States.

  • How fast will I receive my order?

    We've worked hard to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, that's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within 24 hours and will arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days!

  • What is your return policy?

    Our full return policy is provided on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • When can I expect my return to be processed?

    Once your return is received at Whimzy, we will refund to the form of payment used at the time you placed your online order. Keep in mind that every bank and credit card company have different policies on how quickly they refund your money. Most refunds process within 3-5 business days; however, it may take longer depending on the institution.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

    Team Whimzy loves to giftwrap and we do it with great care for FREE. Our goal is to send gifts home to you (or to that special someone) that you will make you proud. We’ve actually seen little faces light up when kids see our purple and green tissue or ribbon. Whimzy’s signature wrap includes bright lime green and purple tulle ribbon on simple brown craft paper. We think it looks awesome! During the holidays, however, we take it up a notch finding just the right festive paper matching our signature tulle ribbon colors.

  • Can I include a gift message?

    Oh yes.  We wouldn’t have it any other way. During the checkout process there is a place for comments. Just place your message there and our shipping team will write out a card to include in your shipment.  If you have gifts going to more than one child at the shipping destination, be sure to tell us so that we can tag them appropriately.

  • How do I cancel or modify my order?

    If you need to cancel or modify your order you can email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 507.373.7746.  It will be most helpful if you have your order or invoice number handy when you email or call.  Please note however, that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order if they are not received within 24 hours of order placement.
